 Place order by web: client can fill in an order form at their office and send to us by web, and this order will automatically become a “information show” in the system. Our staff in Nanjin will then receive the order and prepare for inbound operation. The order by systems may also include a “time limit” requirement of the delivery to their client.

 Monitor the status by web: our client can monitor the status of their cargo by internet themselves. They can find : “on the way to warehouse”, “bar-coding”, “inbounding”, “inbounded”, “outbounding”, “outbounded”, “cargo receipt by cnee” or “good-condition cargo”, “damaged cargo”, etc.

 
 Client function: when the cargo’s ownership be changed to consignee, the system can establish and print a new bar code depend on consignee’s regulation of bar-code and thus the consignee can expedite their material receiving or distribution.

 Easily system data interchange: the system may accept the XLC, PDF, EXE and other kind of documents. And the datas may be easily to be interchanged between our system and client’s system.

 Lowest stock quantity remind: when the stock quantity less than the client’s setting, the system will automatically send information and remind complement stock.

 Individuation report: the system may create an individual report form according to client’s requirement and will be easy to analyze data for our client.

 Classification management: the system may periodicly make an inventory report for particular cargo like the valuables, brittle, fresh, etc.


     Value-added services: system support sorting, unpacking, repacking, kitting, bar-coding, pack list making, payment statement printing, etc.

 
 Ownership change: when the cargo ownership be changed, final client still can save the cargo in the warehouse using the system. At this time,. Supplier can not monitor these cargos any longer, but final client (new cargo owner) may using the system for monitoring.
